Slidey Block

Slidey Block strips line clearing down to one move: nudge a row of blocks left or right until a full line forms and vanishes. Fresh rows keep arriving, so every slide becomes a small decision about where the gaps should end up. It is the sort of puzzle you can pick up mid-coffee and put down without losing anything.

This title is best suited to short puzzle breaks during a busy day.

1. Drag a row of blocks left or right to reposition it
2. Line up the gaps so one row fills completely across
3. Clear the finished line to make room for the blocks above
4. Keep the stack low as new rows push in

• Click and drag: Slide a row sideways
• Swipe: Push a row left or right on touch

Objectives

• Clear lines continuously to keep the board breathing
• Stretch your streak of clears as far as it will go

The run ends or fails when

• The run ends when blocks reach the top of the board with no line left to clear.

• Horizontal row sliding in place of piece rotation
• Full-width lines that clear and collapse the stack
• New rows entering as the board empties

• Keep your gaps stacked in the same column so one slide finishes several rows
• Clear the lowest completable row first to buy vertical space
• Resist sliding a row you do not need, because every move changes where the next gap lands
