Scope and site identity
This Privacy Policy applies to Yolive Game pages and server endpoints delivered through yolivegame.com. Yolive Game provides a browser-game catalog, editorial guides, search, optional local favorites, privacy controls, and public comments without requiring a visitor account.
External games, advertisements, purchase interfaces, and linked websites are operated by third parties and follow their own privacy notices. This policy explains Yolive Game's handling of information and identifies where a visitor connects directly to another operator.
Information provided by visitors
When you contact Yolive Game by email, the message may contain your email address, subject, text, attachments, and any other details you choose to send. Please provide only what is reasonably necessary for the inquiry.
A comment submission contains a display name and plain-text comment. Published comments show that name and text with a posting date and a server-assigned avatar. Display names are public labels and are not authenticated identities.
Technical data and how it is used
Normal page and API requests can make an IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, referrer, request time, response status, and diagnostic details available to Yolive Game and its hosting infrastructure. These details may be processed to deliver pages, secure the service, investigate failures, and enforce request limits.
For comment abuse prevention, the stored comment record includes submission and moderation timestamps, publication status, automated-check results, rate-limit evidence, and a keyed one-way fingerprint derived from the request IP address and user-agent. The raw IP address and raw user-agent are not written into the comment JSON document.
Yolive Game does not currently load a site-operated analytics service. If analytics is introduced, it will be described here and optional analytics technology will remain blocked until the corresponding browser choice permits it.
Cookies
Yolive Game stores a versioned privacy-choice record in first-party local storage. The record contains the selected Functional, Analytics, Advertising, and Personalization categories, the decision status, and the time the choice was updated. If Functional storage is allowed, game identifiers saved as favorites may also remain on that browser and device.
Optional categories start disabled until a visitor makes a choice. The current site source does not load a Yolive Game analytics tag or Google AdSense script. Any future site-controlled optional technology must check the saved category before loading.
External games load from third-party domains. Those providers may place or read cookies, local storage, or similar identifiers under their own policies, and Yolive Game cannot inspect, modify, or delete storage belonging to another domain.
If site advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to Yolive Game and/or other sites for ad delivery, measurement, frequency control, reporting, fraud prevention, and personalization where permitted.
Third-Party Advertising
Google AdSense is not currently activated by the Yolive Game site source. If it is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may serve ads and place or read cookies or use related identifiers for security, delivery, measurement, frequency management, reporting, fraud prevention, and permitted personalization.
Some externally operated games may contain their own advertising, account features, or purchases. Their providers decide which services appear and how associated data is handled; Yolive Game does not select or control in-game advertisements or transactions.
This policy will be updated if Yolive Game activates another site-level advertising vendor or network. A vendor will not be listed here as an active Yolive Game advertising partner unless it is actually used.
User Choices and Opt-Out
The Cookie Settings control in the site footer reopens Yolive Game's preference panel. Visitors can accept all optional categories, reject non-essential use, save category-by-category choices, or change a previous decision. Revoking a category prevents future site-controlled loading for it and clears the matching optional first-party keys managed by Yolive Game.
Browser settings can block or delete cookies and local storage. Clearing browser data may also remove the saved consent decision and favorite-game list. Storage created by an external game may need to be managed through that provider's controls or the browser's site-data settings.
Google Ads Settings can be used to manage personalized advertising from Google. The Digital Advertising Alliance also provides choices for participating advertising companies. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily remove advertising; contextual or non-personalized ads may still appear.
Yolive Game's built-in preference panel is not represented as a Google-certified consent management platform. Personalized Google advertising that requires certified consent for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland will not be enabled unless a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework is implemented.
External games and links
Opening an external game or link sends the browser to, or connects it with, another operator. The request normally reveals technical data such as IP address, user-agent, referring page, and requested resource to that operator, which may use analytics, advertising, storage, account, or purchase technologies under its own policy.
Review an external provider's privacy and purchase information before submitting personal details or completing a transaction. Payment information entered directly into a provider's interface is not submitted through the Yolive Game comment system.
Public comments
Published comments and display names can be read by anyone. Each accepted submission receives a server-selected avatar. Automated checks evaluate the allowed fields, request size, same-origin status, links, abusive patterns, rate limits, and whether the game is publicly eligible; a submission may appear immediately or be held for review.
Yolive Game may restrict or remove a comment for spam, abuse, security, legal or rights concerns, or irrelevance. Do not include confidential information, passwords, payment data, precise contact details, or sensitive personal information in a public name or comment.
Retention, security, and international processing
Contact messages are retained for as long as reasonably needed to address the inquiry, maintain a related record, protect rights, or comply with legal obligations. Comments and their moderation evidence are retained while needed to operate and protect the public feature unless moderation, a valid request, or a legal obligation calls for a different result.
Consent choices and favorites remain on the visitor's device until changed or cleared. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service is completely secure. Hosting, email, external game, and any future advertising providers may process information in countries other than the visitor's own under their policies and applicable transfer safeguards.
Children and regional rights
Yolive Game is not directed to children who are below the age at which they may independently consent to personal-data processing where they live. A parent or guardian may contact the site regarding information a child submitted.
Depending on location, a visitor may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; or complain to a privacy authority. A request should identify the relevant page or record and may require proportionate verification before action is taken.
Changes and contact
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Yolive Game changes its catalog features, comments, storage controls, advertising configuration, providers, or legal obligations. The revised date at the top identifies the current version.
Send a privacy question, rights request, consent concern, or comment-removal request to the address below. Include the relevant Yolive Game URL and only the details needed to identify and assess the matter.
